Überblick

Tacticool ist eine Suite von 3 Minimissionen die jeweils rund 30 Minuten (oder so noch weniger) dauern kann. Die Slots sind pro Mission die gleichen, aber die Idee ist es, dass jeder einen anderen Slot pro Mission hat. Dadurch kann jeder mal eine rolle ausprobieren, die man sonst nicht spielt, und auch natürlich, dass mehr Leute mal einen Pilotenslot bekommen.

Alle 3 Missionen sind auf Schnelligkeit fokussiert, man geht rein, macht seinen Job und geht dann wieder raus. So schnell wie möglich. Wenn man zu lange bleibt, kann es gut sein, dass der Gegner einen überrennt. Deswegen sind die medical settings auch nicht advanced. Jede Bandage macht das gleiche, Wunden gehen nicht mehr auf und man muss nicht nähen, aber man kann mit einer Kugel direkt sterben. Deswegen keine Medics in der Mission, jeder trägt genügend medical supplies für sich selbst.

Mission 1: AllStar

Situation:

Ladies,
This operation is a smash and grab. We will go in with the falcons, kill all of the sonofabitches, grab all the intel we can find and then just leave. All in under 10 minutes if possible.

Meanwhile Raptor will cover us from all outside threats and we will be just fine!

So pick up any maps, documents, electronic equipment and so on.

Execution:

  1. Scout out location with help of the drone Eagle
  2. Infiltrate location
  3. Kill all antagonists
  4. Collect evidence
  5. Extract
  6. Display evidence back at base

Mission2: B-HOP

Situation:

The intel we retrieved was actually useful!
With it the intel guys figured that a local warlord and terrorist sympathizer named 'Al Hamman' is doing a visit to his nephew who is coming of age! And we will be there to crash that party!

The compound is not really well suited for air infil, so we will be taking the SUV's this time. The compound is also relatively close to our base, so don't whine around! I see raptor there already with a frowny face, to make things up, you'll get priority on the minigun.

Now... I was told that we won't be allowed to go full on ham here. There is still an operation called 'hearts and minds' or something going on, we are not allowed to kill the unarmed partygoers…

Execution:

  1. Scout out location with help of the drone Eagle
  2. Go to compound
  3. Crash party
  4. Try to capture 'Al Hamman' / killing is not a failure state if turban is retrieved
  5. Take HVT back to base

Mission 3: Undefined Variable

Situation:

We received further orders after we retrieved the info from Operation Allstar. They found an ammo and weapons factory. Of course, Uncle Sam does not like that. We are here to smash the whole place.
We will infil at night, kill everything we see there, and light the whole thing on fire! We are clear to kill everything we see and grab any evidence we come across before we blow this whole place sky high!
This time with the little birds again, raptor will cover us from incoming threats while we clean the place up.
Only issue, the intel is older than a week, the situation could have changed, so stay vigilant out there!

Execution:

  1. Scout out location with help of the drone Eagle
  2. Infil compound
  3. Kill every antagonist
  4. Collect intel if found
  5. Rig ammo cache to explode
  6. Exfil (cool dudes do not look at explosions)
  7. Show evidence at base
