TvT game mode

Artillery vs. Reconnaissance vs. Hunter killer teams

• Both parties try to %(#ff0000)[destroy the enemies supply containers] with their artillery.
• Reconnaissance players use Darter UAVs and sound directionfinders to develop a situation picture.
• Hunter killer teams perform search and destroy on the artillery teams.

Changelog

(compared to game night on 2023-07-10)

Quality of life:

• Position markers now sorted (going from 1 to 20 when going West to East)
• Spectator features for Streamer slots

Balancing:

• Containers spawn with 100% health (before it was 60%)
• Fuzzy container spawn (up to a distance of 150m away from the position marker)
  
• more realistic DF inaccuracy (random angle error with max. 3° error)
  • positioning sensors closer to the enemy now yields more accurate location results
• No more Laser Designators available
  • LG shells can still act as GPS guided shells though (land exactly where shot at)
• Quicker sensor reading after arti shots
  • shall allow for more viable counter-battery fire
• MRAPs as transport vics for mortars (with speed limit set to 90km/h)
  • Lighter vics don't have cargo space for a mortar anymore
• Distance dependant respawn timer
  
  • Shall prevent Protoss-style teleport back to base
